Please be aware that on Monday 15th – Monday 22nd December, contractors will be on site at St Stephen’s Gate Medical Practice to commence work on the roof hatch on the top floor patient stairwell (Level 2).
This means that the stairwell from reception (level 1) to the top floor (Level 2) will be out of action due to health and safety.
Patients can still come up from the car park (Level 0) to reception (Level 1) but cannot go up to the top floor (Level 2) from this stairwell.
The lift will still be in use for the car park (Level 0) and for reception (Level 1) only.
If any patients are due to be seen on the top floor (Level 2), then a clinician will bring you up to the top floor (Level 2) via the staff stairwell at the back of the surgery.
