Meningitis outbreak

We appreciate there is a lot of understandable concern about the outbreak in Kent. We cannot provide any vaccinations outside the current eligibility, which is for children under 2.

If there is any change, we will take immediate action. Please keep an eye on the national news for updates.

Dr Cafferty is retiring

Dr Cafferty will be retiring from the practice on 31st March 2025.

If you would like to leave her a card, please place it in the boxes at front desk at either St Stephen’s Gate or Newmarket Road Surgeries by Monday 17th March 2025.

I think everyone will agree that Dr Cafferty will be truly missed, and we wish her a very happy retirement.
