Online Forms
Online forms are open 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday, but are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Out of Hours Service
Between 18:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
Improved Access
A Norwich scheme offers GP appointments at times outside the normal surgery hours of 08:00 and 18:30. The Partnership offers appointments before 08:00 and up to 19:00 already, but these are in addition to that.
The clinicians are not from St Stephen’s Gate Medical Practice and the service is provided at Lionwood Surgery, NR1 4NU.
You may ask for one of these when you call and if any of our allocations are left, you will be given it. Alternatively, in discussion with a member of the duty team, you may be offered one, if the timing of the appointment is more important than coming to us.
Emergencies
In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
