• James Foster – Male, Executive Manager & Partner
  James Foster joined the team in March 2016. He has been a manager at a previous practice in Worcester and enjoyed an earlier career in the media before studying for an MBA at the UEA. James became Partner at St Stephens Gate Medical Practice in October 2019.

Administration

We have a large and comprehensive administration team at the practice.

This comprises of the following groups:

Patient Services Team– The Patient Services Team provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.

Prescribing Team – The Prescribing Team deal with all prescribing issues and queries.

Communications Team– The Communications Team are responsible for all of the IT within the practice and ensuring it runs smoothly. This includes scanning, reports, searches, patient registrations and practice audits.

Secretarial Team – The Secretarial Team deal with all letters and referrals.
