St Stephen's Gate Medical PracticeWe do not accept prescription orders via the phone lines. Prescriptions can be ordered directly from the surgery via system online or by using the request slip box outside of the surgery. Some pharmacies also offer a managed repeat service, you should ask your nominated pharmacy if this service is available.
If you are able to, we encourage you to use system online to order your medication wherever possible. If the medication you require does not appear on the ordering page, you can type your order into the custom request box and this will reach our prescription team in the same way.
You can order your medication 10 days before you are due to run out, this allows enough time for your prescription to be issued by the surgery and then dispensed by your pharmacy ready for you to collect when you need it.
If you are going away and need your medication early, you must order 10 days before you intend to collect your medication to allow adequate time for your prescription to arranged.
