We have a large and comprehensive administration team at the practice. This compromises the following groups:
Receptionist team - Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.
Prescribing Team - they deal with all prescribing issues and matters arising.
IT Team - they are responsible for all the IT within the practice and ensuring it runs smoothly. This includes scanning, reports, searches, patient registration and practice audits.
Secretarial Team - all letters and referrals are dealt with by this team, as well as insurance and solicitors reports.
Finance Team - here all the finances of the practice are looked after.
